The “Taste of Plovdiv - Together” culinary festival returned with a spring edition

The taste of Plovdiv is multinational - that is the conclusion of every tourist who has visited the traditional culinary festival. Its spring edition was opened on 14 May, and the tents of restaurateurs and producers, set up on the Small Main Street, attracted hundreds of guests on the very first day. The “Taste of Plovdiv” festival offers a variety of food and drink for every taste. The large-scale event was opened by the mayor, Ivan Totev, who broke the first dish - a huge round loaf of bread.

The organisers are the Trakia Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers - Plovdiv and the Regional Chamber of Crafts - Plovdiv, in partnership with Plovdiv Municipality, the Tourism municipal enterprise - Plovdiv, the LocalFood.bg Foundation and the Association of Professional Chefs - Plovdiv. More than 30 participants take part in the culinary event. Bachkovo spring water also supports the event. The event is held immediately before the traditional Crafts Festival.
